Sue Boucher

Employment Service Coordinator

Sue has many years of experience supporting vulnerable young people and
adults in varied support settings. She believes in empowering others to
make their own life choices and started her career working as a youth worker
providing advice and guidance to homeless young people encouraging
having a greater saying in making decisions that affect their lives.
Sue remained working with young people as a NEET adviser
supporting with employment, education and training.
Sue’s profession continued within the homeless sector proactively supporting
adults with housing, employment, addressing sensitive issues and wellbeing. She gained extensive and valuable experience engaging with
vulnerable individuals experiencing difficulties through homelessness.
Sue has experience of working with victims of domestic abuse. Her previous
role as a domestic abuse outreach support worker provided her with a
greater understanding of abuse and the affect it can have on individuals.
Presently Sue provides some of her time working within the care setting
supporting small group of individuals promoting customer health and wellbeing, enabling them to live their life to the full.
Sue enjoys spending time with family and socialising with friends.
She engages in yoga, outdoor activities walking and paddle boarding
