Karen has worked in the care industry for over 20 years
starting as a Carer and worked her way up to Care home
manager. Working along side some amazing teams from
Medical to Social workers and spent time working with
St Wilfrids Hospice on their six steps programme learning
to deliver care at end of life. Karen is a qualified trainer,
enjoys all aspects of training, and lives in Selsey with her
family and her elderly mother. One of her daughters is a
teacher, her son is training to be a nurse and works in a
dementia unit and her youngest daughter is a carer
who is qualified to care for people at end of life.
