After leaving Catering College, Janet worked for
Batchelors Foods in the development department
creating new recipes for brands like Vesta and
Cup-a-Soup. She moved from there to become
the Catering Manager at Chichester College.
Later, Janet set up her own business making
homemade cakes for local farm shops and other
outlets. In recent years she has enjoyed cooking for
Movies for Memories and other events organised
by Selsey Community Forum. Janet has two
daughters and five grand children
